Consent to personal data processing

Version 1.0 of 24.10.2026

I, a visitor of tech.arson.one (the Site), by submitting a form on the Site, freely, of my own will and in my interest give the Operator named below specific, informed and unambiguous consent under Art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ to process my personal data on the following terms.

Personal data operator

  • Email for requests: arson-support@yandex.ru

1. Purposes

  • Responding to my request and preparing a proposal;
  • concluding and performing a contract with me or my organisation;
  • following up on a Scanner result if I left a contact;
  • handling my requests.

2. Data

  • Name;
  • contact: phone, email or messenger handle;
  • message text and topic;
  • site address submitted to the Scanner if it contains my personal data;
  • technical details of the submission: page, referrer, UTM, IP address.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons in section 4, blocking, deletion, destruction. Automated processing; no decisions with legal effects are made solely automatically.

4. Processors

4.1. Storage

My data is stored on the Operator’s server in the Russian Federation and is not transferred to third parties other than those listed above, nor outside the Russian Federation.

5. Term and withdrawal

Valid until the purposes are achieved or withdrawn by email to arson-support@yandex.ru. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law allows processing without consent.

6. Confirmation and signature

I have read the Privacy policy (https://tech.arson.one/en/privacy). The consent is signed with a simple electronic signature: ticking the consent box and pressing the submit button. The Operator records the date and time, the page and the version of this document.
